To improve efficiency and measure results, the Pretoria and Nelspruit branches liaise on a daily basis regarding the registration of deeds. In order to accelerate lodgement and registration time, our Pretoria Office provides a daily courier service to Nelspruit for local correspondents. We also assist correspondents daily with queries about drafting deeds and all other deed related queries necessary to register property transactions.

We liaise closely with town planners, township developers, national, provincial and local authorities, state departments, including the Department of Agriculture, the Master of the High Court and the South African Revenue Service.
